RETURN YOUR ITEM FOR FREE:
We really hope you will be happy with your purchase, however, if you do wish to return an item then you can do this for FREE. Please email us at [email protected] with your name, order number, details of the item you are returning and as a comment as to why you are returning (this will help us to ensure we offer the best service). Please confirm whether you would like an exchange (subject to stock availability) or a refund. Once we have this information we will advise where to return this item to.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused and in the original packaging (and with original labelling if applicable). All return postage will be refunded by Huxley & Hus - proof of postage provided.
Huxley & Hus cannot accept responsibility for items which are lost or damaged, when returned. So please ensure the items are well packaged when returned.
If you are returning something that is faulty or damaged please notify us as soon as possible, with details (and photos if possible) of the damage/fault. If a replacement is required we will of course send this to you this at no extra cost.
